PGA Championship Day 1: Hall and Hull in contention

The English pair of Georgia Hall and Charley Hull are just three shots off the lead following the first round of the latest Major of the year, the Women's PGA Championship in Pennsylvania.

Hall (pictured), fresh from her victory at the Portland Classic two weeks ago, briefly held a share of the lead but bogeys on the last two holes saw her drop back to level par. Hull's round included three birdies and three bogeys.

America's Brittany Lincicombe is the leader on three under following her opening round 69. Mel Reid, who won last week's Shoprite Classic carded a four-over-par 74 in a round which included a triple bogey.
