Premier 15s review: as you were at the top for perfect Quins and Sarries

Harlequins and Saracens maintained their perfect starts to the season, although both had to work hard to secure bonus-point victories on the road.

Leaders Quins overcame a physical Gloucester-Hartpury side but an interception try from England centre Lagi Tuima eventually helped them to a 22-5 victory.

Saracens were also forced to toil against Bristol Bears, although two tries for in-form England star Poppy Cleal lent a more comfortable look to the 36-10 scoreline.

Loughborough Lightning kept up the pressure on the top two as DMP Durham Sharks succumbed to yet another heavy defeat. Lightning's win by 57 points to three leaves the Sharks adrift at the bottom of the table - still to register a single point a third of the way through the season.

Exeter Chiefs were hoping to make it three wins in a row but were beaten by a strong Wasps side 24-14 at Sandy Park.

And there was a first-ever Premier 15s victory for Sale Sharks. Katy Daly-Mclean landed two penalties and set up Alex Wallace for the only try of the game as they beat Worcester Warriors 11-0.
