Frappart makes history as first female referee in men's Champions League

Stephanie Frappart became the first woman to referee a men's Champions League match when she took charge of a 3-0 victory for Juventus against Dynamo Kyiv.

The French official had previously taken charge of the 2019 UEFA Super Cup between Liverpool and Chelsea and is a regular referee in the French men's top division, Ligue 1.

England to get additional Champions League spot in format change

The Women's Super League is set to gain an additional Champions League place from 2021 onwards after UEFA announced a major overhaul of the competition.
