Snooker Tops the Bill in Unique Event

We have another weekend packed with quality female sport and heading the queue is a unique event that will see best women players in the world competing alongside their leading male counterparts. 

The World Mixed Doubles Snooker championship will take place on Saturday and Sunday, with the top four women in the sport joining forces with the top four men. 

The teams will be: Reanne Evans & Ronnie O’Sullivan, Ng On-yee & Judd Trump, Rebecca Kenna & Mark Selby, Nutcharut Wongharuthai & Neil Robertson.  

Action starts at 1pm on Saturday at Stadium MK and will be available to watch on ITV. 

The Emirates Stadium will host Arsenal v Tottenham in the WSL on Saturday, while the big game on Sunday is a heavyweight clash between Chelsea and Manchester City. 

England Women take on India in a One Day International at Lords on Saturday and the England rugby team are on their way to New Zealand for the women’s World Cup, which gets underway on October 8.
